Shipping and Handling Fees
International shipments are not available at this time. Please call for shipping rates to Alaska or Hawaii. RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or a refund.* Please return the unused item with the original packaging and tags within 10 days. Enclose a copy of your original receipt and a note explaining the reason for the return. For tracking purposes as well as your protection, we recommend that you ship your return via UPS. If the return is due to our error, please include the original shipping carton and packing material with the item. Product exchanges will be charged the standard shipping rate. If you
request a refund, your account will be credited within 48 hours of processing
the return. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned
as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item, etc.). *Custom (made to order) items are non-returnable. |
